Lexington hosted their 1st game of the season against IPPSAL League Champion, Lake Grove. What a battle the Lexington Boys gave. At half time, we were up by 13 points and we were up by 1 point in late 3rd quarter. Lexington boys pulled it together and won the game 62 to 49. Timmy Hernandez 11 points 10 rebounds. Tobi Adedeji chipped in 17 points and dished out 5 assists. Derrick Lee scored 18 points (team high).

Lexington cruised to their 2nd win of the season with 63-36 over Waldorf. At half time, we were up by 7 points with 22 to 17 and in 2nd half we pulled away solid defense and offense movement. Timmy Hernandez grabbed 19 rebounds 10 offenses and chipped in 17 points. Nelson Dos Santos grabbed career high 9 rebounds and scored 8 points. Tobi Adedeji helped with 15 points along with 4 steals. Rookie Angel Ortiz played for the 1st time in his varsity debut and chipped in 6 points.

Lexington collected their 1st loss of the season.  Lexington boys fought hard the whole game and Kew Forest led the win at the end with 71 to 57.  Wesley Clarke scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. Timmy Hernandez continues with his stellar performance with 18 defensive rebounds. Derrick Lee contributed 15 points with 2 steals and 2 assists.

Lexington and Schecter battled for the whole game. We were leading for the most of the game then Schecter took the lead by 6 points with 2 minutes left in the game. The Bluejay boys were determined to finish the game...with hard tight defense, 2 key back to back three pointers by Derrick Lee and Timmy Hernandez and two key free throws by Wesley Clarke with 5.4 seconds left. We sealed our win 54 to 52 over Schecter. Timmy Hernandez led the team with 19 points and 12 offensive rebounds. Derrick Lee contributed 13 points. Wesley Clarke and Derek DeAllie chipped 10 points apiece. Derek DeAllie grabbed 13 rebounds, 9 for defensive rebounds.
